ICAD challenge

I have just taken part in the Daisy Yellow ICAD challenge, adding my drawings over on their Facebook page.....61 drawings in 61 days...here's a small selection....

*ICAD = Index Card A Day
Glad I took part in this, it made me draw every day, although admittedly I didn't follow the 'prompts' in this challenge.  Instead I set myself the challenge of  seeing a suitable subject during the day and drawing it, of course, William turned up every so often!

You are so ambitious and industrious, I could never apply myself to a project like that! Lovely sketches. I'm not surprised that William makes a number of cameo appearances! But you would be proud of me as I actually sent two paintings to the Virtual Printout in July, location was Santa Fe. This month it's Monterey.

It was the challenge that kept me going....once I start something I don't give up, lol. I missed seeing your paintings in VP, so I'll go over there and look for the.....well done you. :-)

I'm going to have a go at a couple of paintings for VP in Monterey. I'll let you know if I send some in. BTW had a great trip in Europe, may have to paint some of the scenery, and also a week in UK catching up with cousins and long lost rellies.

Congrats Ann for achieving the challenge. These things are never easy to fit into busy lives. I have really enjoyed watching your little cards float past in the places you post them. Thanks for sharing.

Hope you do some VP paintings..look forward to seeing them. I've just spotted your blog post with pics of your holiday -- didn't have time to linger at that moment, so will check it out later :-)
